New hotel, polite staff, location was fine, quiet, everything worked properly.
I am wondering why I have to pay extra for the breakfast - at this price for the hotel room I would prefer it to be included. This is something that happens in other hotels in Donetsk as well.

The hotel is in the very center of the City. The rooms are comfortable and quiete.
Food. The restaurant is bad. Room service food is not ok. Breakfast on menu: had to wait 30 min for an omlette. The staff is polite, but not really friendly.

The entire stay and experience was delightful, from the beautiful hotel and room to the very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again if I have occasion to return to Donetsk.

Some minor problems with heating, that were solved quickly.
